Tom Schmidt
Development Consultant

Having developed and sold real estate in Colorado for over 33 years, Tom Schmidt brings solid expertise to leading the development of Ironbridge Golf Club & Mountain Community. Tom has also been with The Broadmoor Hotel for the past 13 years. At the start of his tenure with the hotel, he served as Director of Development for the Broadmoor Resort Community. In the last six years he has been Vice President of Development for the planning and construction of the Broadmoor Brownstones and West Residence.

Steve Hansen
Managing Member of Ironbridge Homes, LLC
 Hansen Construction, the building partner of Ironbridge Homes LLC, is also Aspen’s leading construction company. Steve Hansen founded the company in 1979 and has since built over $350 million of Aspen’s most desired addresses. Hansen Construction has extensive experience in commercial and golf course construction, in addition to residential construction. The company has earned a reputation providing unmatched craftsmanship.

Dirk Gosda
Managing Member of Ironbridge Homes, LLC
 As the Managing Member of Ironbridge Homes, LLC, Dirk Gosda is responsible for all aspects of the pre-development, engineering, land planning, entitlement and operations of the Ironbridge Golf Club and Community.

Dirk is also the President of Sunrise Company’s Colorado Division. In addition to being responsible for overall operations of Sunrise Company in Colorado, Dirk is also responsible for the acquisition of properties that meet the Sunrise Company criteria. Previously, Dirk served as the President of the Las Vegas and Houston Divisions for Sunrise and was instrumental in moving Sunrise into those new regions.

Dirk spent over ten years as Founder and President of Jesbet Corp., the managing partner in Northlake, a 1,600-acre land development project in Los Angeles County, California. While there, he was responsible for all aspects of pre-development engineering, land planning and successful entitlement of the property for a 3,983 unit, master-planned, golf course community.

David Joseph
Director of Development
David Joseph is a well-seasoned Director of Development. David is responsible for all land development and amenity construction for Ironbridge Golf Club. He is also Director of Development for the Broadmoor Development Company and oversees all construction at the West Residences and the Brownstone projects at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. His extensive experience with high-end resort developments includes 10 years as Director of Development under the Cordillera Group umbrella of companies.

Eric Foerster
Operations Manager/Superintendent
The impeccably maintained Ironbridge Golf Course can be largely credited to Eric Foerster’s excellent understanding of turfgrass management and maintenance practices and his strong eye for attention to detail. Eric oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations and activities for the Ironbridge Golf Club. Prior to joining Ironbridge, Eric gained valuable experience in assistant superintendent and superintendent roles at private golf clubs including The Broadmoor, the renowned world-class resort. His excellent managerial, leadership, and organizational skills were honed as an Officer Candidate of the United States Marine Corps. Fertilization and pesticide programs developed by Eric have produced three national awards.

Paul Bombalicky
Director of Accounting
Paul Bombalicky is the Ironbridge accounting, information technology, and human resources guru. Paul brings 27 years of management-level accounting and finance experience to his position. Previously, he was responsible for all accounting, finance, computer systems, and human resource functions for a private golf and country club, residential home building company, and land development and sales company in Castle Rock, Colorado.

Mike Woelke
Vice-President/ Construction
Mike Woelke coordinates architectural designs and oversees every aspect of construction at Ironbridge. He brings over 30 years of experience to the position. Prior to joining the Ironbridge team, Mike was Project Manager with R.A. Nelson & Associates where he managed the construction of numerous single-family home, condominium, and office projects in the Vail Valley and Summit County. Mike also completed the Kensington Green Golf community while working for Cordillera development. Over the years, Mike has been a managing partner in a framing systems company in Colorado and worked in the production framing industry in California and Arizona.
